What is UV Printing?
To rapidly cure the ink a printing press is used
Commercial Printing Process that uses ultraviolet curing technology is know as UV Printing
The UV Printing Process involves Special inks that have been formulated to dry earlier when came contact to ultraviolet light.
Ink that passes through Printing Paper exposed to UV light .UV light dries the application of ink at earliest, the ink does not have opportunity to seep or spread ,thus ,images and text print looks sharper ,clear, and more identified
The advantages of UV Printing
• No time is lost waiting for the ink to dry before folding, binding, or performing other finishing operations and ink comes off the press is dry.
• With the help of UV Printing, we can works with a variety of material, including paper and non-paper substrates. Printing of Synthetic paper, a popular substrate for maps, menus and other moisture-resistant application particularly use UV Printing
• UV Printing resists fading and ink of UV printing is less prone to scratches, scuffs, or ink transfer during handling and transportation.
• As ink dries so rapidly, it does not have moment to absorb into the substrate and Printing is sharper and more vibrant.
